Boosie Threatens His Daughter’s Mother, Allegedly Confesses To Killing Her Brother? [VIDEO]

If the where’s smoke there is fire logic still applies things might get bad very quickly for Boosie. His daughter’s mother made some damming accusations against him via Instagram.

Rochelle Wagner went live on her baby girl’s Instagram account in effort to clear the perception that Bad Azz should win father of the year award. Tori’s mom goes on to detail how the two met when they were teenagers and regrets having a child with him.

Instagram Photo

She went on to play some voicemails from someone who sounds like BooPac. In the phone clips the man threatens to blacken her daughter’s eye and kill her (“put a bag on her head”) like he did her brother. She explains her brother was murdered with many locals thinking Boosie orchestrated the crime.

Naturally, the news of her allegations drew a prompt response from the “Set It Off” rapper. In his own Instagram Live story, Boosie downplayed her credibility by accusing her of being promiscuous and a petty thief. For the record, he did not address the aforementioned threats or having a hand in the death of her brother.

In 2012 Boosie was acquitted on murder charges for the death of Terry Boyd who is the older brother of Wagner. During trial Rochelle took the stand stating her sibling and Boosie did not have any problems.

Three Sustainable Clothing Companies That Are (Figuratively) Killing It

The clothing industry in general has, over the years, tended to kinda suck when it comes to its environmental footprint and other societal issues. Obviously working conditions are a biggie, particularly overseas. Thankfully that perception is starting to change in some respects, as brands try to catch up (and cash in) on the whole sustainability thing.

PETA To Make A Killing Off Dentist-Slaying Lion Costume?

Minnesota dentist Walter Palmer has been chewed out since he killed Cecil the Lion in in Zimbabwe in July.

Now animal-rights group PETA has turned it into their own big game with a Halloween costume that depicts a dentist getting attacked and eaten by the king of the jungle.

The costume, called “Cecil’s Revenge,” sells for $ 139,99 and includes a bloody lab jacket with a stuffed lion pouncing on the back, according to a press release.

Customers can add to the effect by accessorizing with their own toothbrush, dental drill or bow and arrow.

“As animals continue to die in agony at the hands of trophy hunters, it’s only fitting for people to make fun of Palmer for his illegal, violent pursuit,” People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals president Ingrid Newkirk said in the release.

The carnivorous costume is a fundraiser for the organization.

A few days ago, Costumeish.com, a southern California-based costume company revealed it’s selling  an outfit depicting Palmer killing Cecil.

Newkirk approves of that costume even though it depicts Palmer killing Cecil.

“Nasty little people try to make themselves feel good by killing wild animals who are minding their own business, so we at PETA think it most fitting that people make fun of the dentist for his sick, illegal pursuit by fashioning a hideous Halloween costume after him, as they would after Freddy Krueger or Jason,” she told HuffPost by email.

Could Man Convicted Of Killing His Parents Be Innocent?

Just before Christmas 2008, Linda and Steven Riley were found brutally stabbed to death in their California home. Their son, Matthew, who found the bodies, was arrested, convicted of murder, and is now serving two consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole.

But Matthew’s aunt, Angela, believes her nephew is innocent while the real killer remains free. “In my eyes, this is a gross miscarriage of justice. My nephew Matt is completely innocent. He did not murder his own parents,” she says. Angela places the blame for his conviction in part on his wife, Jenny, saying her statements about events had differing versions, even when she was under oath. “I don’t think she really wanted him to wind up in prison. I think she just wanted to keep answering the question the way she felt the people wanted her to answer,” Angela explains.

Jenny is adamant her testimony was truthful and that she believes Matt killed his parents. “The only way that I can describe the way Matt was acting is that he wreaked of guilt. It seemed like Matt was hiding something from me,” she says, recalling how Matt attempted suicide two days after his parents were found dead. “Why would he do that if he wasn’t guilty? I felt extremely horrified. It’s the father of my children. How could he murder his own flesh and blood?”

She admits her story about the events on the night of the murder changed, but explains, “I had never testified before. I felt like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders. I did not want to be the one to nail his coffin shut. I changed my story a lot … But there’s not a doubt in my mind that murdered his parents.”

Watch the video above as Angela questions Jenny’s testimony, and see what happens when the two women confront each other for the first time since the trial.

Teen Admits To Killing His 11-Year-Old Brother; Who’s Really To Blame?

In July 2013, Shawna Smith reported her 11-year-old son missing. Three days later, Terry “Juju” Smith Jr. was found dead near his California home. Shawna’s other son, 16-year-old Skylor, later admitted to killing his half-brother and was convicted of voluntary manslaughter. But Juju’s father, Terry Sr., believes Shawna may have helped to bury the body and cover up the crime, accusations she vehemently denies, claiming her ex is rehashing issues from their bitter divorce.

Is Social Media Killing Your Marriage?

Today I have a few questions for you: Are you in a relationship? When you are cozy on the sofa, watching your favorite TV show, where is your partner’s cellphone? Is it next to yours on the coffee table? Or does he keep it in his pocket, locked with a passcode and while it rings and beeps, throughout the evening and he checks it only when you get up to refresh the popcorn? Why does it matter? Continue reading and you’ll find out.

Social media is evolving at an alarming speed, with smartphones replacing simple cell phones, offering a whole new world of fast, direct and discreet communication options. Serving as multimedia datacenters, smartphones manage every kind of relationship. Social media applications lower inhibitions and barriers, making it simpler than ever to find contact nearly anyone. Why make a phone call when you can send private message with a picture or video to better engage the recipient?

Countless apps exist to exchange provocative pictures and messages, so that it is easier than ever to maintain multiple ‘virtual’ and real life relationships in secret. Emotional and physical affairs are now delivered on demand thanks to social media and technology. When talking with my clients the cellphone is often an important subject. Fascinated by the subject, I started to do a bit of research.

Facebook & Social Media
The website Facebookcheating.com is devoted to helping those struggling in their marriage due to an unfaithful partner’s use of Facebook. The site claims that Facebook is to blame for 1 in 3 divorces. But is this really accurate? According to a Boston University study Facebook is ‘a significant predictor of divorce rate and spousal troubles, in the United States’. “People who use social media are 32% more likely to leave their spouse”. The researchers added: “We believe being aware of this situation will empower Facebook users to better understand the implications of their activities and then allow them to make much more informed decisions.”

The Twitter effect & WhatsApp
Others are talking about the Twitter effect. A doctoral student at the University of Missouri School of Journalism, found that active Twitter users are far more likely to experience Twitter-related conflicts with their romantic partners. The research shows that these conflicts can lead to emotional and physical cheating, and even end in breakup and divorce. Outside the United States Gian Ettore Gassani president of the Italian Association of Matrimonial Lawyers, told the Times of London that ‘forty per cent of adulterous divorce cases in Italy cite WhatsApp messages as evidence of unfaithfulness. Mr Gassani added: “Social media has boosted betrayal in Italy by making it easier, first through texting, then Facebook, and now WhatsApp.”

Based on the research above and my own experience with thousands of distressed couples, I agree that social networking is linked to marital happiness cheating and divorce. Social media makes it much easier to have emotional and physical affairs. On the other hand times are changing and we live in a digital era where everything is accelerating continuously. Social media is increasingly a part of our daily lives and cutting off all use is not a realistic solution.

So how do we figure out what is a normal use of social media and what could spell danger for relationships?

If your partner consistently makes his cellphone invisible to you, locks his phone with a passcode or never uses it in your presence, he may have something to hide. The distractions and temptations presented by the digital world force us to work harder for healthy relationships. That is why it’s essential to insist on openness and clear communication, instead of succumbing to the fantasy on your smartphone.

There is hope. We know that a leading cause of a relationship break down is the lack of communication between spouses. As a result, many are distracted by social media in search of a third person to meet their emotional and mental needs, which ultimately leads to cheating. Mutual communication and listening are the essence of any good relationship; without them separation and divorce are inevitable.

Do we all become a victim of the ‘social media monster’?

Do not allow your relationship to become a victim of ‘the social media monster’. My advice is to invest time in your relationship. Communicate and share what’s on your mind, and even more importantly listen to your partner. The future of your relationship depends on it.

Email, tweets, likes, photos and comments can wait, especially since they are no substitution for actual human contact. And if you are just too easily distracted, there is always another option: put your phone on silent.

The Place Behind the Pines: “The Killing” Ends in Light

“Detectives Sarah Linden and Stephen Holder are deeply affected by the murders they investigate in this dark, acclaimed series,” or so says Netflix, in its description of the show it acquired from AMC. Season Four premiered August 1, 2014 on Netflix and Linden and Holder continue to be “deeply affected,” — they are after all murder police. In the series’ final moments, however, these characters are lighter, fluid: Linden (Mireille Enos) smiles, and her lips do not crack; Holder (Joel Kinnaman) is less grey, in fact, his sneakers are meticulously white. The years of banter, witty cop repartee and underlying sexual tension culminates with no Hollywood kiss. Rather, the two hold each other in a gaze that’s full of gravitas and the promise of partnership, doing the work of “showing up” — one of Season Four’s reigning metaphors. These are a pair of broken people who get each other. Boiled down, the show is about that dynamic, which is why the ending works.

Some critics have called the ending unexpected, but the coupling feels right to me, as Linden, a perpetual runner, realizes home is with Holder — her “best friend,” and Holder’s eyes are no longer darting from here to there, tweaking out on whatever dogma will get him through the day: no, they are on this woman. This emotionally stunted, absentee mother has the capacity to love and care, to grieve and let go, all on her terms. As they’ve always been, Linden and Holder are both variations on the anti-hero. And that’s the thing about people who are “deeply affected;” they don’t always live in a functioning reality.

The pacing throughout this season was tight, with key episodes “The Good Soldier” (Episode 3) directed by Ed Bianchi and “Eden” (Series Finale) directed by Jonathan Demme creating a compelling arc of secrets that give themselves away, even in this land shielded by tall pines and unrelenting rain. The spectacle and melody of this crime drama always compelled me. To that end, the score, originally composed by Frans Bak for Forbrydelsen, the Danish series upon which The Killing is based, continues to do its job in this final season, patrolling the episodes and evoking tension. Bak’s familiar and well-structured soundtrack is not only haunting, but melodic, moody and steady, with percussive elements that build in turn with the emotional tension being played out on screen, more subtly than in previous seasons.

This season, our leads, more than ever are faced with seeing the monster within. Like cult crime drama favorites — Twin Peaks, True DetectiveThe Killing examines the place behind the pines, literally the seedy city built upon waterfront corruption, runaways and teen hookers. This is the brutality of the world Linden and Holder must make sense of, offset by the shades of Puget Sound. Moments when the camera pans back to the landscape feel naturalistic and meditative, a necessary complement to close-ups of blood spatter. These moments allow us to be enveloped by the fullness of the world as we spend time with its flawed but “deeply affected” characters. Throughout the season, Holder and Linden alternatively unravel with uncharacteristic rookie mistakes as they try to cover up the murder of Lieutenant Skinner, a.k.a serial killer, the Pied Piper. Linden misplaces shell casings discharged during Skinner’s execution and returns to the scene of the crime. Coming off of a drug binge, Holder looks for God and confesses to the murder in a N.A. meeting. These “slip-ups” force the characters to get caught and show up for the consequences behind their transgressions.

As the series wraps, we are left in a flash forward to years later, when the characters are no longer cloaked in firs and storm clouds, but rather illuminated by — of all things — the sun. They have grown younger having shed the skin of their badges, and series creator, Veena Sud leaves us thinking about a world where Linden and Holder can feel as opposed to being “deeply affected.”
